Lockbox
Store your passwords and logins across all your devices.
Lockbox keeps your logins in one vault, locked by a master password only you know. It fills them in for you in Chrome, Brave and Android apps, and keeps every device in sync.
What it does
- Encrypts every login on your device before it is sent. The server only ever holds locked data.
- Fills logins on websites and in Android apps.
- Keeps your browsers and phone in sync, even after time offline.
- Brings your passwords over from a LastPass export.
Your master password cannot be recovered
Nobody but you can open your vault, not even us. That also means there is no reset link: if you forget your master password, your vault is gone for good. Pick one you will remember, or write it down somewhere safe.
Install Lockbox
Lockbox will be in the Chrome Web Store and Google Play later. Until then, install it this way.
Chrome or Brave
- Download the extension and unzip it.
- Open chrome://extensions (or brave://extensions) and turn on Developer mode.
- Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder.
Android
- On your phone (Android 8.0 or newer), download the app.
- Open the file and allow installs from your browser when asked.
- Log in, then follow the steps to turn on autofill.
